Vodafone India — vodafone number [protected] churned

I have purchased a sim on 1.11.17 and on 3.11.17 it disconnected. When contacted to distributer he say your number churned go to vodafone centre. Vodafone centre say your mobile number churned as you have more then 9 connection on your name and we cannot start this number again. When we complaint via e-mail to vodafone wb circle they say your number churned due to wrong activation. Which is true i am not understanding. They are making fools to me. After taking money they are not responsible for customers. Bogus company poor service staffs are knowledgeless. Need to complaint at trai.
