Hi,
I have been using vodafone postpaid ([protected]) from more than 2 years. I have activated data plan of Rs. 299 2 years ago which includes 1GB 3G and later 2G unlimited. In the month of April'16 vodafone has changed my plan from Rs.299 to Rs 250 without my request rather without my consent, in Rs250 plan 1GB 3G is offered and later they start charging for usage. from last two years my avg bill amounts to Rs800 but for the month of May'16 my bill amounts to Rs9000 this is because they have changed my data plan.
I have been calling vodafone customer care almost daily for this issue. Operational user confirmed it was mistake from there end and escalated the issue on higher priority still after one month also issue is not resolved.
Vodafone barred all my services including calling and messaging from last one month, i have been calling them continuously to activate it. Now its been 4 days they have barred my services. Everyday from last month they tells me to wait for 24 hours, yet issue doesnt get resolved and even i dont get any calls regarding the issue. Every day i have to call them, explain every operational user from the start
MISTAKE IS FROM THERE END AND CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER. Whats the use of being loyal to company.
I ask them to resolve the issue, give me the correct bill amount and start my services asap Was this information helpful? |
