I had a vodafone number. My postpaid plan was 399per month. After 2 months they started sending excessive amount. There was network issue and i complaint against the same but they did nothing. They started adding late fee charges without anything and added some services which i never subscribed. I complaint against the same. I got bill for june month on 25th june and they added 100 rs late fee charges with june bill. I sent many emails to care. Vodafone team but they didn't contact me. I tried calling customer care but they still didn't do anything. I have lost my sim but i can't do anything as vodafone never worry about their customers. They are contacting me to pay bill even though i m not using it. I want to take action against vodafone.
