Vodafone India — Vodafone postpaid to prepaid migration | |||||
I have submitted a request for migrating my vodafone postpaid connection to prepaid connection on[protected] at vodafone mini store, kelambakkam, omr, chennai. Store incharge told that migration will be completed in 2 working days but it didn't happen. I contacted vodafone customer care 7 to 8 times but still, the issue is not resolved. Even today i contacted the nodal officer of vodafone to inform the same, but even they have asked for 24hrs time to help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
