Vodafone India — vodafone prepaid negative balance | |||
I am a prepaid user of vodafone and my current balance is -2.99, i dont understand in prepaid service, how a service provider provide you service with negative balance. This happens to me previously 2 times i have raised this issue with vodafone but they are not taking it seriously. Can you please help me out in solving this matter with vodafone. I m not able to get verification message to link my bank account in phone pay app please resolve this as soon as possible.. It's seems a problem of every month i had to call every time a new problem has created u stop my message service.. I totally frustrated with this network...
