[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone recharge done twice by company mistake and not give me benefit by company

I done vodafone 399 rupees recharge at a time then company reply for not successful recharge, then after some time i retry for recharge for rupees 459 and it show message for successful recharge and tarif go to activate.
After 18 min another message by company that your recharge is reply by 399 rupees recharge.
I call customer care for solve my issue, they deny to any kind of help
