Respected sir, This is shivam. I am customer of vodafone for 3 years my number [protected]. I want to change from vodafone services i am sending msg bt i am receiving UPC code " Hi! You have entered the wrong keyword. Please enter the desired keyword and send sms to 1900" I am sending msg as PORT [protected] to 1900. I am facing these issue from last 1 week and i registered a complaint but there is no resolution from vodafone till now. I asked the cce to transfer cal to escalation but the supervisor who spoken are unable to give the correct info and asking me to talk to airtel customer care. They are not even aware of finding out the fault on this.. because of which i am facing a lot of problem as my sim is big and new smartfones hv smaller slots.. Will you please kindly help me or you will also keep the same silence like the others who are sleeping without rectifying the issue Note: (Its a kind request to anyone of you to respond please i beg you) Now one side i am professionally affected & another side i am mentally disturbed in many ways.
