Dear sir/madam,
My mobile got damaged in the month of jan'20 which i have purchased in may 2019.
After submitting claim over email there was no response then, i chose to submit through mobile site after many follow-ups i got the documentary requirements and finally after 20-25 days, to my surprise, the claim was rejected by the insurance company saying my claim is beyond 24 months of cover.
I mean how come 24 months gets completed just in 8 months for normal people.. Is there any separate calendar for an insurance company or vodafone??
I have been chasing issue over call and email without success.. I have sent another email today after which, i am going to keep posting this incident on my facebook, linkedin and twitter handle. Also, i will file complaint with competent authorities for justice!!
