Vodafone India — vodafone sim not yet activated after porting

I bought Vodafone sim on march 14, 2018.I ported my no.from aircel to Vodafone.I provided my adhaar details for authentication and received mail as adhaar verification successful.They promised to activate the sim within a week but its not yet activated.kindly do the steps to activate the sim as its my primary no.linked with many important features.how long should I wait? Its really frustrating.
