Vodafone India — vodafone sim replacement issue | |||
I had Vodafone old sim which one i am using more than one year. On 17/02/2018, I had visited Vodafone store located in Chandanagar, Hyderabad to request new micro-sim under same mobile number. (My new mobile accept only Micro sim). The vodafone store representative had provided me the new micro-sim and said within 30 minutes the old Sim will be deactivated and the new mico-sim will activate. The Old SIM was deactivated on the same day but the new Micro-sim is still not activated yet. I am visiting from last 3 days to the same Vodafone store, but still they are not able to help me to activate the micro-sim. I had sent the complaint letter to vodafone (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) but they are advicing only to switch on & off the device (i had done this for many times). I am helpless now as my number is link to everywhere including Aadhar card. i am also fed up as there is no any concern person in Vodafone who can genuinely handle the issue. Vodafone Complaint department is totally hopeless!!!. Now i am seriously thinking to port my number to AIRTEL... Was this information helpful? | |||
