Vodafone India — vodafone theft money from its customer | |||
Vodafone, I am using vodafone number. I have received sms's on[protected] saying that "re 1 store pack now active" and charges are being deducted unnecessarily. I did not request such service to my mobile number. I do not know why vodafone unnecessarily playing with the customer when the COVID-19 issue killing the people all over the world. Vodafone is creating additional headache/pressure because of its worst customer service. And I have tried all the vodafone CUSTOMER CARE related numbers 198, 199 & 121 and some of the mobile number also since[protected]. But No response. I am very disappointed with vodafone services particularly in this situation. This is kind of theft it seems. Hope some educated people also will be there in the vodafone team in the higher level, try to understand how your team and your network is used to make its customer in very worst situation. How your people are behaving like that in this situation. How do u have the rights to take our money without any intimation.
