This is to bring concern, that the staff of vodafone india has given up to a customer's problem and are not ready to return money because they didn't find any solution to the problem. According to them the customer has to bear the cost of their technical problem.
Problem : i have a vodafone monthly postpaid package of 499. From last 4 months i am getting monthly bills over rs 1000 where they are attaching charges of value added services which i have never opted for. This services activates on a weekly basis on my vodafone sim automatically without my know how. As soon as i know about it i deactivate it by calling them but by the time i am already charged with 51 rs without using the services. These are only the activation charges as they said. I have paid more than 1500 rs from last 4 months and they are asking for 351 rs again this month for vas charges which i have not at all used.
The response from vodafone team is not more than a given up attitude towards the problem. They assured me in the 1st month itself that they have blocked all the activation on my sim but it still gets activated again and again.
I have absolutely no idea where to go and what to do about this from the brand itself has cheated on me.
Please guide me further for the same, what can i do to get justice. Was this information helpful? |
