For past couple of day I have been experiencing problem with Voice calls and SMS/Text messages.
I am on the unlimited plan - incoming/outgoing calls and data and 100 SMS per day.
Whenever I try to call - I get an error message - This Facility is not available on your phone, please check the number you have dialed.
I have been using the phone for quite some time now, even in roaming. From the past few days it is very frustrating when I cannot make a call or I get failed message while sending SMS - mostly it is in response to phones that I decline to answer when I am in a meeting or someone needs information quickly.
I had called the Customer care but that too did not resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
