I have been told yesterday that my problem of volte activation and calls drops will be resolved by today with high priority assurance or else this month's bill will be on vodafone. As i can see my problem has no been resolved yet and it passed 24 hrs. I think you better cancelled my bill for this month and start working on my problem to be resolved before you bill me again for the next month. It's very unprofessional and unreliable and unworthy of you to bill the customer every month without resolving my problem with the network as i am unable to make calls which always breaks and call drops. And the network data which is too slow and can be compared to other network's 2g and 3g network speed that's why i still have 100gb data unused in my account as a matter of proof. It will be better if at least now the company starts to work on customer problems and give them better services rather than advertising "every tower an hour" which seems to be fake with your unreliable network which claims to be india's biggest.
And for your information, i have been complaining about the network from the past 4-5 months and volte activation on mail to corporatecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com, vodafone on twitter and facebook and on calls and chat to your customer care from 23rd of jan 2019 in which case both are not resolved till date. I have been using vodafone since the past 8 years. If your team fails there will be no more billing on my account and i wanna port my network without a hitch. At least you should have to have some shame on you to make a customer go through all this.
