[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Waiting for replacement sim since more than a week in spite of 2 request

Recently I requested for sim replacement it's been more than a week I raised a request. While I checked with service desk agent over webchat they said it has been delivered and this happened twice also they close the request and everytime when I check they say since it is closed we need to raise new request. Worst and unreliable customer support.

Below is the last chat I had with service desk agent.
