Vodafone India — waiving vas charges

Dear customer, we regret any inconvenience caused. We've received request number[protected] for reversing 90 charges against my mob no. [protected]
I have talked with customer care then i was got above msg but still showing vas charges on my vodafone app. 2nd time again i have called to customer care then they replied to wait 48 hrs. But still same bill amount showing on my vodafone app.
Request you please do the needful.

Sir,
i am not doing any kind of marketing i just intimate my movement to my friends and colics, so do not block my messaging service, last month i face this problem, but vodafone mini store people resolve this issue, but they educate me to fill complaince this fourm . Just reminder,
