Vodafone India — we have been regularly paying monthly bills through ecs but now I see the amount is credited from my bank and my service vice deactivated

My vodafone bill for april 2020 is been debited as usual by ECS from bank, but my services is deactivated and status in vodafone showing pending overdue. may be their is some delays from bank due to covid-19, could you pls check and activate my number
