We wish to inform you that there is temporary network problem which will be resolved by near future.

As per my omplain throught from 13.6.2015
There is no any improvement in service and also as per executive talk that your complain resolved only after 31.8 2015
Also thay have told your weaiver is only on email posted by you
Recently i got bill
So please wave my bill up to my solution other wise disconnect my no
So i can go another provider
