Vodafone India — without any reason outgoing call blocked my postpaid connection and call centre is not responding | |
Dear vodafone india, This is very sad to inform you that your network team is not handling the customer's quari because as mentioned below in the trailing mail. But brief is that my vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]) outgoing has barred since tomorrow evening without any prior information but with the help of my previous network operator found that there was some outstanding pending which i have completed today in the morning at 12:44am and also that operator has confirmed that outstanding is now clear there is no pending amount. But when i called to vodafone call centre that now kindly start my outgoing call now but they are doing it and missguided also disconnected the calls so many times. So result is i am still facing problem regarding my outgoing call barring problem. So kindly help if possible from your side otherwise i have to forcly break this vodafone sim and have to move on for another operator. Was this information helpful? | |
