[Resolved] Vodafone India — without confirmation change in plan | |||
Dear team Very disappointed with vodafone service now a days, its become worst. Without my confirmation my plan has changed to 999 And after contacting customer service they told we automatically change the plan if we didnt received any confirmation from customer. On addition to this they themself changing my number to prepaid without my confirmation. I am asking them to deactivate the no but they are not ready to do that also Not happy at all Was this information helpful? | |||
