I didn't want to activate E_Connect 3G 299 plan without the bill discount. So why it has been changed? I clearly mentioned it on my email dated 27/10/15 and 28/10/15.
So please activate my previous plan again.Even on telephonic conversation to [protected] on 28/10/15 at 7.44 p.m I forbade him to activate the E_Connect 3G Plan without the bill discount. She assured me that my current plan will continue and no change will be done.
The reference number of my previous plan is [protected] (SEP 149 N CUG.)
I request you please look my previous emails and listen my speech with your executive. And tell me where is my fault. After receiving the email of plan change I immediately replied that I don't want to activate E_connect without bill discount and CUG. Now my final request, please activate my previous plan again. I am very disappointed after this change. I am very hopeful for your reply after whole investigation.
