I use Vodafone services from last 10 years. I never take a loan whenever I have low data balance. Just I do a recharge with FTT offer.
This time on 14th may I received a message that chota credit 10/ added & 13/ will be returned back. This comes into my attention today.
Neither I give input on IVR on incoming call nor I made any outgoing call to get this loan & they credited 10/ by technical mistake.
I complained to customer care but they all even refused to take complaint. Talked rudely. Disconnected the call multi times. Even One had refused to give Vodafone complaint id as it is confidential as per her opinion !!!
How can they do not put trust on their customer?? How can they ignore customer issue?? Why aren't they ready to believe there may be technical mistake!!
How can they cheat customer by altering their money without any customer instruction??
How can they take benefit of customer money as it's prepaid ?
If they have no trust on us then why they are sitting in offices to take our complaints!!
As per their opinions and attitudes complaints never exist..
All we have to accept what they say..
We can't complain..
