I came for a sim change to your vodafone store in pondicherry - reddiarpalayam, as per your protocol got my token and the token no is 129. I was waiting there for more than half an hour and found your customer care executives roaming around and chatting with each other. None was found to be working and even if they were in their seats, they were just starting at their computers. Above all there was no proper seating arrangement for people waiting in the store. I expect a proper action will be taken in this issue. Thank you.
