Hello sir/madam
I have been a Vodafone user from the past many year
I had no problems until recently
My balance gets deducted for no reason .I get messages about activation of random packs of which i know nothing about and my balance gets deducted and this isn't the first time this is happening.even last month same thing happened
I have been trying to contact customer care from the past 3-4 days
I am getting no response at all from Vodafone
Very disappointed with the customer service that is being provided
