Vodafone India — worst customer service for postpaid customers | |||
I took a vodafone postpaid sim and after two months due to network issues i requested them to disconnect the connection. then they said you have to wait 3 months after activation to disconnect the connection. then after 3 months i requested them, then they said you have to say it between 21st and 30th of the month to disconnect the connection. After that i didn't paid the bill, so thier executive called me and said me about the bill, then i said the issue to him. then he said pay the bill now and send adhaar card copy to his number, he'll disconnect the connection now. then i did it. next month again i got bill from vodafone. then i went to their customer care office and complained about this. then they said they will disconnect the bill within two days. after one month again one month again i got call from vodafone office and they said me to pay the bill. their customer support is very bad. i took my SIM from vodafone office perinthalmanna, kerala. think twice before taking vodafone postpaid SIM Was this information helpful? | |||
