I have gone for a cancellation of mobile connection on 4th june, 2016 at the store, where they promised, it would be closed in 10 days. However, they have put the connection in temporary suspended mode, which is not what i want.
I have write mails to corporate care email id, as well as even the appellate, who never respond.
Such an idiotic company, which wantedly never responds, so that they can at one point or the other, active the connection, start billing the customer and so on.
