Vodafone India — Wrong Balance Deductions | |||
Hi, My name is Vivek Gupta and I am using the MSISDN =[protected]. I tried to call international number which is roaming here in India and was in my other hand. The call was made on 5th March/2015 between 9 am to 15:00. Now when i called the international number[protected] it was announced the call charges will be high and it was ringing in the calling number handset and I didn't see any call to the called number . I disconnected the call from calling number and my balance got deducted which is not suppose to be deducted during the ringing phase. Also i tried speaking to customer care executive and they didnt agree to file my complaint and said balance has deducted correct and they will not take my complaint to validate the same. I need CDR ( calls data record) in order to justify as the call was answered from called number that is why balance got deducted.
