Vodafone India — wrong bill | |||
Hi In february 2018 vodafone india, charged me 9, 146.15. At that time i paid the entire amount because they blocked my number due to which i was not able to get any otp which was causing me huge problems as i moved out of india. During this time i checked with many of my friends who also have vodafone and came to know about how they have wrongly charged them higher amount also. When they checked on their itemised bills and questioned vodafone they adjusted the amounts. Thus i also want to open my case as they have made me pay huge amount close to 10000. When now i am asking them to send me itemized bill for that period generated on[protected], they keep sending me only the current bills. Everytime a new person is assigned to case and then they keep sending repeated informaiton and not the one i am asking for. Reference number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have made my full payment of my post paid mobile number till date and as per my information by asking the same from customor care representative pain more than what is due, representative said service to this number will be stoped still Vodafone is not processing my port request on two numbers [protected] and [protected]
