[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrong bill generation | |||
Respected sir/madam, I have paid rs1475.68 on the month of august2019 and my monthly package is of rs299 because i have dowloaded a music app which vas been downloaded bymistakely from my phone yet i have paid all the charges and closed the oustanding payments of rs1475. Therefore again this month vodafone has been charged me of rs 1561. Which has been wrongly placed in my name and when m generating complain they are again saying i have downloaded app which i hav been not. So do not gve any wrong coments to any wrong peopele i will only pay amy package amount. Therefore request you to cancel the huge amount which have been generated wrongly on my name.
