[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong billing and deactivation of services | |||
I am a postpaid customer of vodafone with mobile number [protected], i had called to customer care 111 and specifically inquired about my data balance around five times before starting the data usage and was confirmed from the customer care executives to use the data of 1GB free for the current month, after confirmation from vodafone i used 1GB data in that month. But vodafone had made my bill for the data usage of 1 GB as Rs-11529/-, when i complained about the issue to the vodafone customer care they had taken the request four times and the problem is not yet solved, and they are saying that when vodafone back end people are calling to my number i am not answering their calls and intentionally disconnecting the calls, and they have deactivated my services currently.The customer care executives are forwarding my call to their supervisor but none of them answered the call. I ask the vodafone authorities that when my credit limit is Rs 1200/- how could it be possible for them to cross the limit and make the bill of 11529/-. Was this information helpful? | |||

Further, you got a discount of Rs.544.20 and the total amount charged for the usage is Rs.9998.60. As the charges are charged genuinely waiver cannot be passed. Regards, Vodafone Customer Care. | |||
