Vodafone India — Wrong Billing and unwillingness to help | |||
Guys, Beware of vodafone billing plans. I have 2 cards one corporate and one personal. Their data plans are so designed that they charge 150 for 500 MB and then 1000 rs for 250MB if at all usage crosses 500MB. there is no transparency on billing and absolutely no intention to help. I am discontinuing both my numbers from this fraud company. Have wasted 5-6 days interacting with their help centers but their adamant and unreasonable attitude is quite a concern. I switched off my data once i crossed internal threshold of 450MB but these guys have come up with a fancy gimmick of showing in numerous 10kb downloads and adding it up to 250 MB above the 500 limit. Interaction number [protected], [protected] & [protected]. They have decided to let go off me as a customer and i wont be able to port till i give in to their extortion and pay the inflated bill. The funny part is for discontinuation of services with immediate effect also these guys are talking of bills being generated and unreasonable amount to be paid which started the whole issue.
