Vodafone India — Wrong billing | |||||
I am a regular customer of Vodafone from last 6 months. My contact #[protected]. The vodafone is continuously charging wrong bills from last few months. The customer service personnel has informed about some free services like free roaming, 10, 000 SMSs. But they are adding the roaming & SMS charges in their bills. Also, additional call charges are also there. Neither there local customer service personnel is responding to my calls, not their corporate support is helping much. Please arrange to refund the additional charges added in my bill. I have paid my previous bill, but I don't know why they have stopped my services. Need your intervention in this issue.
