Vodafone India — Wrong billing charges and commitment

Dear Respected Sir,
I'm a very old vodafone customer and my plan is vodafone RED1299.
I have a complaint I'm the vodafone india customer my number is[protected] and my problem is Vodafone is send me wrong charges bill on March 2015 I mail to vodafone customer care, nodal office and appellate authority for regarding this on 21st march. after a day nodal officer which name (Rahul Bhardwaj) reply me and told me we give you a 25% service gesture discount on your 10054 rupees bill then i agree but i also a call to customer care on 25 march for confirmation the my bill amount he tell me Sir please pay the 75% of the bill amount we give you discount as per our mail then same day i pay the 7600 rupees by online but i never received any discount till today i'm also very harass me everyday on call I told to everyone about my problem they can't give me any solution my outgoing also barred Sir i need your help to sort out my problem. I hope you understand very well
