Vodafone India — Wrong billing on my internet package

This month i got a billing of 2800/+ and internet connection is deactivated. The same thing happened last month. when i asked for details, they said its wrongly billed and activated internet services. This time they said its charged for playing online games. My kids play spiderman game which is free download and the levels they play also are free. They have been playing this game since many months, why am i charged this month. The customer care are not able to give me details of what games, when were they played and what is the charges for the games etc. they simply told its for game. this is very inconvenient.
