Vodafone India — WRONG BILLS | |||
Dear Customer Care, I Krishnananda, Ph:[protected] using Vodafone services from long time with package of 199 talk time & 250 2G speed unlimited internet pack. One of your executive said there is offer of 2GB 3G SPEED data instead of Rs.450 will be offered for Rs.250 for two months only. Since, Looks reasonable I have opted the offer for Jan & Feb months & given prior intimation to deactivate the same after Feb month billing cycle & purposely told not to put any charges for mar month. I know from beginning my billing Cycle is every month of 12th midnight. I haven't understood Data usage of Feb month reflected in Mar month bill instead I haven't used the given limit of 2GB offer package of Feb month. IF YOU MADE WRONG BILLS EVERY MONTH LATER VAVIER THAT AMOUNT IS MY FAULT? Or do you appointed very poor knowledge executives. I expect very good services from your end & am prominent customer from long time. I just can't pay penalties for wrongly generated Bills. Let me know & wavier the data usage amount since supposed to be in Feb month billing (2GB 3G Speed for Rs.250) Based on your reply I will decide whether I can continue with Vodafone services. I have already sent the same mail to all customer care mails but vein in getting any kind of response. I look forward to hear your positive response soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
