Vodafone India — Wrong charge in my bill | |||||
I have been charged for making a call to a toll free number and now I am being asked to make the payment. They have put it in the bill as an ISD number whereas when I took the connection I specifically mentioned I need only local and STD service. Everyday Vodafone is calling and asking me to make payment and when I tell them what the issue is they just turn a deaf ear and say you will have to pay. When I never requested for any ISD service how can they charge me? And if according to them that was an ISD call, why they did not block it from getting connected. It is just another way of extracting money from customers who have left Vodafone for there pathetic service. I have ported my services and will pay the amount that is genuine but I wont pay any amount which is not correct. I will definitely lodge a complaint with the ombudsman also for this mess up.
