Vodafone India — wrong charges

I had taken 5000rs roaming pack and they are charging me much more even though they didn’t provide me service.
Other than that pack was for 28 days and they gave service only for 10 days!!
They have also stopped all my services at the moment and not giving any other details! Tried contacting them too many times!
When i crossed credit limit also they didn’t inform!

They have been completely careless about it! Only been sending the automated replies - no one looking into it and just adding late payment charges!
No one is resolving this since 2 months now! In fact just facing issues as my number has no outgoing!
