Vodafone India — Wrong Charges Levied against Internet Usage Charges in my bill for last three months | |||
Hi, I am a customer of vodafone for last 4 years but this is first time that I am facing an issue from last 3-4 months, only after activating data plan on my number, regarding my bill. Every month from Sep- Nov my bill contains usage charges for the following: In month of Sep: wapvilla_ppd Rs 49 d2c_ndtv_valuepk 99 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 shotformat_dwnlp 99 deals_mydala_99 99 Total Rs 395 Similarly for Oct month: d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 Rs 99 hello1_tvallsouth_ 30 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 Total Rs 276 For Nov Month(Latest Bill) shotformat_dwnlp_9 Rs 99 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 hello1_tvallsouth_ 30 d2c_mgossip_pack49 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 shotformat_dwnlp_9 99 wapvilla_ppd 49 wapvilla_ppd 49 Total Rs 572 I have taken E_Connect_3G_ 375 plan in which 1 GB 3G speed is there and there after reduced speed with unlimited data.My concerns are: a) I have raised similar issue in oct ( interaction id is:[protected]l) at that time also and I was assured that no fraud charges are levied but my concern remains the same but I paid becoz I was new to data plan. b) I contacted your Customer executives at that time and now also but no one cares or rather able to explain these charges, many calls have been made but issue was not handled and solved. c) I dont know why these charges are there for every month if they are from chargeable site then howcome they are levied when I dont accept or open such content/app.I dont receive any notification for such action if so it occurs. d) If at all its charged site then how the customer will come to know that site is chargeable.Neither you provide any site list nor there is any warning.That means you are not disclosing every details of plan to customer. I have seen many such complaints on websites, consumer forums which are regarding this issue only for wrong levying of charges on the above such contents/apps. From last seven days I am continuously interacting with your executives(service request number[protected], interaction number is[protected] and they are trying to justify the charges on random explaination basis.Being an IT engineer I also know the various guidelines/explainations your executives are providing but noneth of them validates the charges imposed. Please look into the matter on urgent basis and please clarify my query since I am facing this from last 3-4 months and no reason/solution has been provided for the same.Earlier I wrote similar mail but that was not convincing please forward it to concerned and responsible team.
