Vodafone India — Wrong charges of internet | |||||
Date of incident- 25th may 2016 time-approx 11 pm (Indian time) place-Delhi Indira Gandhi international airport(at gate no 17)waiting for Thai airways (flight time -11.30pm) going to Vietnam on 25th may 2016, 11pm when i was boarding to plane before that I called vodafone help line no 199 to disconnect my internet plan one person talked to me from vodafone and assured me that he activated my request for internet close plan.It will disconnect as soon as possible, he gave me a request no also but unfortunately I missed that no . but he dint send any msg regarding that request no . and my internet service was not close till when i reached bangkok airport. I was not awaire about that my internet service was on .now they charged of rupees 7454 . now I have 6 minute call record of 199 no over my phone as proof. why I pay this unnessary internet bill although this fault done by vodafone company?? this is the harrasment of consumer. please help me divya swaroop Was this information helpful? | |||||
