I’m in dubai, so i wanted to raise request thro mail to migrate postpaid number [protected] to prepaid. My brother approached vodafone store, tirunelveli. They shared mail id chithra. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com, no action taken, again my cousin went to store they gave another mail id vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. Sent the request no action taken, to called to cc. Now one more mail id given corporate. [protected]@vodafoneide.com. I sent mail and bounced back, again called cc, now shared corporatecare. [protected]@vodafonidea.com., this one also bounced back, again called, now cc representative was updating me u can’t raise migration through mail. And i raised the complaint as i was given wrong information for these many times and days/months. Representative shared the ticket no [protected]. But no mails regarding complaints received yet. The main reason to convert to postpaid is as there is no network inside home, this was also complained many times. No action taken. Many years im customer of vodafone with prepaid of mine and postpaid of my parents and family, this consequence lead to disconnect other connections as well.
