Vodafone India — Wrong information about the tariff

Today (29/10/2015) around 12.00 pm i visited the Vodafone Mini store at Kozhencherry. There i met Mr. Sreeraj who was sitting at the help desk.I asked about the tariff and he gave me some details which was not clear to me...i asked him repeatedly and and he said the same...as per the information given by him my brother who is a Vodafone customer went to the same store recharged ...but the tariff was different..wen he asked about it, Mr. Sreeraj started shouting at him .both had some exchange of words, but he was telling that it was my brother Philip's fault.What i want to mention is WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY SORT OF VALID INFO FROM THE HELP DESK...THE WAY HE TREATED US WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...
