[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrong information and keeping amount without recharge | |||
I got information through *121# that my mobile no. [protected] is eligible for 2gb 3G [protected]@ Rs. 225. so i reacharged with the same on same date i.e. 02/07/2014. recharge was succsessful but there are no reply by vodafone . next day i contact several times to customer represntetive via 198. but there are irressenponsible behave were there by those represntetives. they disconnected me always through several methods. i got disappointed. what should i do to whom i connect? so finally i m writing here. please take action for it required for it.
