[Resolved] Vodafone India — Wrong Information from Customer Care | |||
I am a Vodafone User in Kerala and changed my Prepaid sim to postpaid as Vodafone service was Good. But i got my sim activated on 17th Sept ( As told to me ) and i started using the sim. I had 1 gb net in the pack i opted ( 299 rent ) The person who came home to collect info also didnot tell anything. But a call to customer care told me that i could use only upto 900 mb of data as bill date is 11th ai took it on 17th. I used only 800 mb and got an extra billing of Rs 320 on my next bill. This was due to the Wrong information that was provided to me from the Vodafone Customer Care and had many times comlaints registered, which the authorities just ignored .
