Vodafone India — Wrong information to customer and cheating | |||||
My Vodafone Number: [protected] My Name: THIRUMAL.P On March 2, 2016, at 11.07am i was recharged with amount of Rs.127. Before the recharge i checked in *121# for any special offers, There i saw 1GB 3G data for Rs127, So I recharges with Rs127. After i got an sms regarding activation of data pack, There it shows Balance 400MB and the validity[protected], Why its happening? After i called to the customer care and explained about this issue they said "ok sir its happen due to technical issue, so am taking a complaints again this issue and you'll get the complaint registration number[protected]. and it takes 48 hrs to solve your problem. So i waited 48 hrs in between that time my data pack increased up to 725MB but validity still shows[protected], after i got one sms after i checked my Data Balance 1050MB, Again i got SMS my data balance leveled up to 1375MB and the validity[protected], Then Finally i got a sms after that i checked my DATA Balance 1700MB but same validity[protected]. So many times i called to customer care no one given a proper response please Help to get that 28 days validity. What happening in Vodafone?? before the recharge i checked in *121#, after getting problem your Call center executive saying there no offer such like that. Then why are you giving 1700MB???
