Vodafone India — wrong msg charges taken in bill and bad response | |||||
Dear sir / mam, My self bhavin vyas my cell no is [protected] Since 2006 i am using vodafone services was yesterday i received my cell no bill and in the sms charges taken by you 5741-/, Sir since 2006 kindly check my past bill detail i was not using this much msg and when i was sending 1 msg for my office college he will received 100 time of my msg, it is done or happen automatically, I have my whats up i have other social messenger why should i will use this much msg, and you should check mention cell no that was not lady or girls no, even i was not using this much msg for my wife also, I would like to humbly request to you kindly look in the matter sincerely, i am not capable person to paid this much bill, my monthly salary is up to 15000 how should i pay this much amount kindly please tallk to me in this matter and do the favorebal support me the same, His is to inform you to this chain mail you should totally wrong msg charge taking in this bill, i was not done or use this much msg from my side, and even am also not using this much msg in my 13 years in my career, i don t have time to spend continually doing mas to particulate the parson, when i was sending 1 msg from my side when that parson was received 100 or 200 msg so that was not my fault this is your issue, still i am requesting you kindly check and do the favorable revert for the same, Was this information helpful? | |||||
