Vodafone India — wrong plan assigned and not satisfied with provided services till now | |||
I have port my airtel number in sept '17 in to vodafone. I have got red 399 plan with unlimited calls and 3gb per month, no sms services. But actually i have to get the 1gb data and sms facility and unlimited calling as per the sales representative of vodefone, but actually not getting. I have contacted sales person many time and he agree that wrong plan assigned on my number and it will be corrected soon but till now after 1 month passed away not getting solution and any positive response received from vodafone.
