Vodafone India — wrong rental plan describe and apply

Dear team

I got a call from vo­dafone customer care on 15/08/2017 and offers me plan on dis­counted rate of 100 rs...
But they will activ­ate same bill plan from 16/08/2017
So why they cheat with people by provid­ing wrong information
Reverse my all wrong charges and activa­te rs 599 plan... And every month without any information vas pack activated on my no so please perm­anently closed this nonsense
