HI I am Voda corporate customer using your connection for more than 12 months. Recently i have request for activate 2G 2 GB plan, in turn customer care has activated 3G 1 GB plan. Now when i tried complaint to customer care, they didn't took my issue,
I have requested in 5th Mar for internet activation, you can check the call records.
Now finally i requested to port out my number ([protected]).
the question is why should i pay for mistake of other.
at leat you should take the customer complaint (at least for billing issue with postpaid customers)
if you feel that you should retain the loyal customer pls address the issue, other wise let this mail be junk
looking forward for customer friendly reply (basis facts & since all your call get recorded you can check the facts)
