[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrongly charged bill amount | |||
I have been wrongly charged an amount by vodafone for an international roaming pack that never got activated. I was visiting dubai on 2nd february, 2019 and for activating an international roaming pack, i talked to a vodafone customer care guy who conveyed incomplete/wrong info to activate the pack. Upon reaching dubai, no services were available, still i'm being charged for that. When complained about the wrongly charged bill amount on 4th march, 2019, the guy didn't agree/understand the problem, nor was my call escalated to an executive and i was told i will be contacted within 48 hours, but that didn't happen either. Upon insisting i was given the complaint number:[protected] I've been charged a humongous amount and now my outgoing calls are also blocked, great! I'm looking for cancellation of wrongly charged roaming pack amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
