Hello Everyone,
I was using two vodafone SIM which falls under CUG plan since Apr, 2013. I was regularly paying bills before due date.
For the month of January 2014, they charged Rs. 531. In that bill, it was charged extra Rs. 198 on downloads which i did not utilise. Right the moment, i saw the bill, I called 198 to file complaint. But they replied stating it was charged for the usage and did not respond after that. I tried reaching two more customer care people. But i ended up in vain.
So, i did not pay that bill for the month of january. Now for the month of february, they had sent another bill with charges and the EXTRA LATE PAYMENT charges also.
I am decided to file complaint against Vodafone India. I told them already on the time when i tried to give complaint, i will pay for the services i utilised. But still how they can keep charging continuously.
Atleast they should have come for a discussion to end in WIN-WIN situation.
